In addition to psychotherapy, Lisa provides consulting services. With almost three decades of a multi-disciplinary background working for for-profit and nonprofit entities, Lisa founded Coengine in 2022. In response to a market need for consulting services to address the challenges of leading teams through operational complexity and stagnation, growth and change. It was during this time that Lisa identified how empowering individuals in both their personal and professional lives could create the momentum for positive change.

She explored these interwoven patterns, returning to graduate school to obtain a masters in social work. She continues to pursue her passion of working with people to address life challenges for personal empowerment. She leverages her deep business experience, leadership expertise, and counseling-based approach to help teams overcome roadblocks and unlock their full potential.

Lisa's mantra "Life consists of chapters" has personal meaning as she herself has had life experiences, rich in both successes, challenges and life transitions. She believes we can always begin new chapters built on personal growth from those experiences to achieve positive change.

Lisa received her undergraduate from Lehigh University and her MSW from Delaware State University. She began her career at the National Home Office of the American Cancer Society in Atlanta, GA, followed by positions at Deloitte and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, James Candy Company, and the Hansen Foundation.
